Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms apply to anyone using Wove’s website or app. If your company has signed an agreement with Wove, that agreement comes first where the two differ.
1Using Wove
Wove gives sales teams and their reps tools to record and coach sales conversations (Wove Record) and to verify signed agreements with homeowners (Wove Verify). Your company decides who on its team can use Wove and is responsible for their use of it. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
2Recording and consent
Recording laws differ by state, and some require everyone in a conversation to agree to be recorded. The company using Wove is responsible for telling people they’re being recorded and getting any consent the law requires, for its reps’ conversations and its verifications. Wove gives you tools to help, but doesn’t decide when or whom you record.
The company is also responsible for making sure using Wove Verify meets any verification rules that apply to its sales in its states.
3Acceptable use
Don’t use Wove to break the law, record anyone unlawfully, mislead or pressure homeowners, interfere with or probe the service, copy or resell it, or access other customers’ information.
4Your information
Your company owns the recordings, transcripts and results it creates in Wove. You give us permission to process them only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may keep anonymous, combined statistics that don’t identify anyone.
Wove™, Wove Record and Wove Verify are trademarks of Wove LLC. The Wove software, design and content belong to Wove LLC.
5AI results
Wove uses AI to transcribe, coach and flag risk. These results are usually accurate but can be wrong. Treat risk levels and coaching as guidance to review, not as final decisions about people or deals.
6Our service
We work to keep Wove available and secure, but provide it as is, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.
7Liability
To the extent the law allows, Wove isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8Ending
Your company can stop using Wove at any time under its agreement with us. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. When an account closes, we delete its information within 60 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
9Changes and contact
We’ll post changes here and update the date above, and tell customers directly about significant changes. Questions: privacy@gowove.com.
