Wove Record · How it works

A recorder, a coach and a close checklist, in the phone your reps already carry.

Here is exactly what Wove Record does on a rep’s night: how it finds each conversation, what it shows while live, and what comes back after.

  1. 01Go liveOnce, at the start of the night
  2. 02ListeningBetween doors
  3. 03At a doorA conversation starts on its own

The Go live screen

Everything a rep sees, and nothing they have to tap.

  1. 1
    Live and the night’s timer

How long the rep has been live. Turns amber when paused.

  2. 2
    Conversations so far

Every door and close Wove has saved tonight.

  3. 3
    Pocket mode

Darkens the screen and keeps listening with the phone in a pocket. Double-tap to wake.

  4. 4
    Pitch

The rep’s pitch and objection answers, a tap away. Opening it never stops the recording.

  5. 5
    What’s happening now

“At a door” or “Sit-down close”, which conversation it is, and how long it’s been going.

  6. 6
    What Wove is hearing

The last thing said, a few seconds behind, so the rep can see it’s on it.

  7. 7
    Close checklist

At a close, each must-say ticks itself off as Wove hears it covered.

  8. 8
    Controls

End this one, wrap up the night, or pause. Each one says what it does underneath.

The life of a conversation

How Wove decides where one conversation ends and the next begins.

  1. 1Quiet

Between conversations the mic listens, and quiet background audio is thrown away every 25 seconds.

  2. 2Someone talks

When voice fills most of a 3-second window, a conversation starts, including the few seconds before.

  3. 3One unbroken recording

Silence alone never ends it. The homeowner can go inside for their bill or read the contract.

  4. 4Is it someone new?

If talking resumes after a 20-second pause, Wove weighs what’s said, the pause and whether the rep moved. Same people: it carries on. New: the next conversation starts from its first word.

  5. 5It ends

When the rep has walked about 40 metres and gone quiet for 25 seconds, or after 3 quiet minutes at a door, 10 at a close. Anything under 12 seconds isn’t kept.

  6. 6Saved and coached

Each conversation is transcribed, labelled door or close, and comes back with its coaching.

Feature reference

Everything Wove Record does.

Listening

Finds each conversation
No tapping at the door. Starts and ends on its own.
Door or close
Tells a doorstep chat from a sit-down close from what’s being said, and keeps a close going as long as it lasts.
Walked on
Uses the phone’s location to tell when the rep has moved on to the next house.
Pause
Stops recording until the rep resumes, for a break or a private moment.
Consent to record
Reps ask at the start of every conversation. Wove hears the answer and keeps it as proof. If the homeowner says no, one tap deletes that conversation.

While live

Pitch and objections
The rep’s own pitch, open any time without interrupting the recording.
Close checklist
Your must-says (price, payment, warranty, right to cancel and so on), ticked off by listening.
Which deal
At a close, the rep can pick the open Salesforce deal it’s about.
Contract signed
When a deal is marked signed in Salesforce, a banner appears with Verify now. If the rep is in another app, a notification.
Only when looking
Live coaching shows only while the rep is looking at Wove, never in another app or in pocket mode.

After each conversation

Wove’s notes
What happened, in a few lines, from Wove.
What worked, try next
One thing to keep, one thing to change.
The numbers
How much the rep talked, questions asked, words per minute and filler words.
The recording
The full conversation, with the transcript, to play back any moment.

Across the team

Ask Wove
Ask anything about your own doors: “How much did I talk today?” “What did people say about price?” Answered from your own conversations.
Team highlights
The strongest answers from your own reps, on everyone’s home screen each morning.
Progress
Talk time, questions per door and closes over the week, compared with the team’s best.
Playbook
Each rep’s pitch and close checklist, ready from day one and theirs to tune.

Questions.

What about recording consent?

Reps ask at the start of every conversation, door or close. Wove listens for the homeowner’s answer and saves the moment they agreed. A “no” deletes that conversation, and Wove waits until the rep is at the next house.

Does Wove record all night?

Only while the rep is live, and quiet audio between conversations is thrown away every 25 seconds. What’s kept is the conversations themselves.

Do reps have to tap anything at the door?

No. They go live once. Wove notices each conversation start and end on its own.

What if the homeowner steps away mid-conversation?

It stays one conversation. Silence alone never ends it.

Can we use our own pitch and checklist?

Yes. Your pitch and checklist are what the rep sees while live, and what the checklist listens for at the close.

Does it work without Wove Verify?

Yes. Use either on its own, or both so every close flows straight into its verification.
